Udo Waibel is CEO of Sierra Development LLC and also serves as Managing Director, Technology and Product Development at Riverside Mid Cap Fund (RMCF). In this dual role he works across the entire portfolio of software-enabled companies within RMCF to advise them on product and technology related solutions as well as provide them with development resources through Sierra Development LLC.
Udo has over 25 years of experience in software engineering. He got his start at SAP in Germany. From there, he moved to the SF Bay area where he served in various roles of CTO and CPO, at HEAT Software, Sitecore and Oomnitza.
Udo joined Sierra Development as CEO in May 2024 with a primary focus of delivering high quality software across RMCF’s portfolio companies.
